1. Educational Support Scope

SmartMoney Academy is purely an educational platform. All shared information, mortgage tables, course outlines, and templates represent basic education guidelines. None of our staff provides regulated financial advice as defined by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).

2. Subscription Billing & Cancellations

Monthly course memberships are billed automatically on a recurring schedule. You can cease renewals at any time by logging into your payment panel prior to your renewal billing step. No administrative cancellation fees or exit boundaries occur.

3. Liability Disclaimer

We are not responsible for any specific capital gains changes, mortgage applications, or tax collection shifts resulting from the application of our resources. Always check calculations before allocating physical funds.
